带领或陪伴各个不同年龄层或不同身份的男性委身参与每个星期的生命督导小组，以致他们能从圣经的观点去探索自己的人生，从而发现个人使命如何与神使命关联。

生命督导小组、祷告关怀、分享、促导训练
每个星期委身参与生命督导小组（34个小时），接受成为促导的训练（20个小时），成为促导带领各自圈子的男性小组。
